In partnership with the Schildbau AG and Nixdorf Capital AG, we spearheaded a sustainable fund focused on revitalizing housing estates from the 1960s and 1970s. Initially dismissed as social hotspots destined for demolition, these properties were transformed into desirable communities.
Through active tenant management, social engagement, and comprehensive energy renovations, we reduced vacancy rates from 50% to 98%, achieving both economic success and tenant satisfaction. Together we have proven that challenging properties can become valuable, sustainable assets.
WIA – Wohnen im Alter (Living for the elderly)
Pontigra also developed the innovative "Wohnen im Alter" (WIA) concept, reimagining housing for elderly residents. These are not traditional retirement homes but modern, barrier-free apartments integrated with on-site mobile care services.
